Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers in their original ARKK shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days of arrival.
